ISRAEL

Board Design Engineer

Department: SEA & EMEA BU

Reporting to: Engineering Group Leader

Responsibilities:

Experience:

  • Characterization of a card / hardware system and writing a specification of hardware requirements

  • Development of a card / hardware system (drawing in Orcad) Accompaniment, support and control of editing circles

  • Perform integration and adjustments between interfaces / cards

  • Working with multiple interfaces (internal and external)

  • Prototype testing specification

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing electronic circuits

  • Knowledge and experience in computer embedded systems

  • Experience in simulation of analog circuits (SPICE)

  • Experience of at least five years in electrical drawing (for example in Orcad) – required

  • Knowledge of designing interfaces for EMI / RFI compliance Basic design of power supply circuits – an advantage

US MARCOM Specialist

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: General Manager - US

Responsibilities:

Experience:

  • Work with Business Development and Inside Sales to build marketing programs targeting aerospace/defense and space industry
  • Be primary point of contact to manage external marketing service organization to support US MARCOM needs.
  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results. Generate monthly report to share with the US management team on marketing campaigns.
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing, digital campaigns, and communications strategies
  • Develop integrated marketing communication (MARCOM) and programs for market segment
  • Coordinate all public relations activities, shows and events
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Minimum 5 years prior related experience in marketing and communications
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing to DoD and / or Prime Contractors in Aerospace/Defense or Space Industry

Component Engineer MTS-II/MTS-IV

Department: Engineering

Reporting to: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

Experience:

  • Evaluate electronic component/parts for compliance with system design requirements
  • Develop EEE parts database for Mil-Aero and/or Space applications
  • Provide data/report on the manufacturers, materials, construction, usage (environment & electrical de-rating), and overall reliability of the selected parts
  • Conduct electronic parts failure analysis
  • Support the engineering team in electronic parts selection, derating, screening, qualification and worst case analysis
  • Responsible in the development of electronic part qualification plans, project specific screening requirements, and Non-Standard Part Approval Requests (NSPAR).
  • Lead parts identification, screening and obsolescence reviews
  • Develop parts specifications, test requirements, procedures and Source Controlled Drawings
  • Work with engineering team in the selection of electronic parts to meet design requirements for the entire system
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic component engineering on mil-spec and/or space programs
  • Experience with electronic parts used in high reliability military/DoD or space hardware and the associated US military test specifications and standards
  • Experience with product lifecycle (development, test and production)
  • Experience with the electronic parts management plan development, destructive physical analysis (DPA), and parts failure analysis

Senior Electrical Engineer - Digital

Department: Engineering

Reporting to: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

Experience:

  • Responsible for the design and development of new products as well as support existing products.
  • Participate in requirements review and verification plans for projects
  • Responsible for concept digital design, parts selection, design simulation, detailed design, detailed analyses of the circuits, schematic and PWB Design Rules creation
  • Support the layout of the cards, card level debug and verification.
  • Coordinate activities of engineers within the Engineering Department and/or across Aitech programs and projects
  • Support customers as they integrate our products into their systems.
  • Lead special Research & Development project activities or investigations across all engineering disciplines.
  • Direct and coordinate all activities necessary to complete a major electrical engineering project or several small projects
  • Minimum 10+ years of Digital Design experience with mil-spec or space programs
  • Solid digital design and debug skills (analog design and debug skills are a plus).
  • Knowledge of industry standard bus architectures such as PCI, PCI-X, PCIe is strongly desired, VME knowledge is a plus
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Actel FPGA / CPLD design experience strongly desired, Xilinx and Altera experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as cohesively within a dynamic team environment.\
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge on space program processes and practices, a plus

Director Space Business Development and Space R&D

Department: Research & Development

Responsibilities:

Experience:

  • Building Space business across US military, commercial space markets
  • Builds market position by locating, development, defining and closing business relationships
  • Work with Proposals Manager to respond to RFI/RFP targeting space business
  • Define high level system needs to resolve customer’s systems needs.
  • Define overall technical, IP and solution architect for Aitech’s future direction in space industry
  • Form technical partnerships with component and technology providers to extend Aitech’s capabilities for new business and technical portfolio
  • Work with Aitech’s global team to convert portfolio of mil-aero products for use in space
  • Attend conferences and speak at conferences on space technical and space market topics
  • Define roadmap and build IRAD funding plan on yearly basis for space products
  • A BS or greater degree in Systems / Electrical Engineering field
  • Technical knowledge of radiation tolerance and requirements for different space missions

Hardware and Software Engineer

Department: R&D

Reporting to: Technical Head

Responsibilities:

Experience:

  • Learning and understanding in detail the architecture and features of the company’s products.
  • Capability to analyze and debug problems found by our customers in India.
  • Capability to support integration of our products within systems built by our customers in India, mostly performed in the customer site.
  • Capability of understand detailed technical requirements provided by customers and translate them into a Technical Specification, built around existing COTS boards.
  • Capability to support the technical aspects related to manufacturing selected products in India.
  • Capability to communicate efficiently and work together with the design engineers abroad as a team, effectively becoming an extension of the global engineering team in India.
  • Deep understanding of advanced real-time computer architectures (based on Intel or PowerPC CPUs).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the field of real- time embedded computers.
  • Capability to comprehend and analyze a system at the system level.
  • Teamwork capabilities, with team members on site and remote.
  • Experience and knowledge in modern electronic manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • Programming experience with the following operating systems is an advantage: VxWorks, Integrity, Linux, Windows.
