TM800 | Transition Module

Aitech’s TM800 complements the C802 3U CompactPCI SBC. It provides standard, direct connection to all I/O interfaces and is intended for use in commercial air-cooled chassis. The transition module eliminates the need for any harnessing and complex cabling fixtures when connecting to the SBC, fully complies with the IEEE 1101.11 specification and supports subracks capable of rear plugin units.

The double slot transition module provides all I/O interfaces, while the single slot version provides reduced access. In addition, the TM800 provides a header to the PMC site of the SBCs allowing attachment of cables to the PMC I/O. It also provides jumpers to allow I/O routing for the SBC shared I/O pins as well as interface type customization for serial I/O interfaces.
