U-C9140: SOSA Aligned industry’s first PowerPC-based Embedded SBC for Deterministic Real-Time Applications
The SWaP-C-optimized U-C9140 is the industry’s first and only available PowerPC-based SBC aligned to the SOSA Technical Standard, Edition 1.0, providing for fast integration, improved time-to-market and lower risk. It features NXP’s QorIQ T1/T2 Series SoC with Secure Boot and Trust Architecture 2.0 and is also Aitech’s first SOSA aligned SBC supporting a FACE™ conformant Wind River® VxWorks OS and a compliant BSP.
The U-C9140 has a wide variety of on-board I/O and large memory resources, including on-board mass storage up to 8 GB of DDR3L and 64 GB of eMMC Flash. With excellent performance per Watt, the SBC is ideal for open standard-based real-time military and defense applications requiring superior SWaP-C optimization, such as mission computers, sensor signal processing, signal intelligence and electronic warfare.

TM914
Rear Transition Module (RTM) providing convenient access to all U-C9140 on-board I/O interfaces via standard connectors and to all XMC I/O via headers. Supports both air and conduction-cooled U-C9140 SBCs mounted in commercial air-cooled chassis.
