C102 | 6U VME SBC

Dual PowerPC® 7448 Processor

The C102 rugged 6U VME single-slot SBC maximizes functionality and power by incorporating dual processors that operate independently yet communicate over a high-speed PCI-X interconnecting bus. The C102’s processors use an asymmetrical distributed architecture, so that each of the processing nodes functions as a complete subsystem complete with local memory resources and basic I/O interfaces, eliminating data flow bottlenecks.

The C102 improved processing power and I/O functionality make it ideally suited to function in harsh environment applications such as mission management computers, heads-up display controllers, radar and sonar processors, and advanced IED automatic protection subsystems.
