NPI Engineer
About The Position
· A full time NPI Engineer is required for a company in the Defence and Aerospace market with a variety of products and configurations.
Responsibility for this job
· Provide engineering support for all activities in product lifecycle from development phase to mass production.
· Responsibility on DFM/DFA according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.
· Technological support and response to EQ from PCB manufacturers.
· Ongoing support and documentation of products throughout its life cycle with internal and external interfaces (R&D, Logistic, Production, Marketing and CM’s)
· Managing changes by ECO’s in PLM Cloud system.
· Preparing Production files instructions and assembly drawings.
· Supporting subcontractors.
· Responsibility on First Article production.
· Writing procedures/ECR/ECN.
· Responsibility on PRR.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering in Operations
Requirements
· Practical Electronics Engineer / B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
· 5-7 years of experience in engineering in a similar role in a hi-tech company
· Knowledge and in-depth understanding of engineering processes
· Experience and involvement in manufacturing and PCB assembly processes
· Significant experience with PLM systems
· knowledge of military standards- Advantage
· Able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment.
· Knowledge in AutoCad - Advantage
· High level English skills
· Good personal skills
· Self-motivated and organized
· Positive interpersonal communication
· Precise
