About The Position
Project Coordinator - Temporary
$24.00 hourly rate
Reports to Chief Delivery Officer
Primary Responsibilities:
· Support CDO with administrative requirements
· Support Purchase Order (PO) reviews
· Collection and organization of Company performance metrics to support Management Reviews
· Assist with management of software licenses
· Assist with costing for new Programs / Projects
· Support for Program Activities including
o Collect and organize data including
§ Program Metrics
§ Action item Tracking
§ Milestone / Performance Status
o Prepare, update, and maintain schedules
o Support preparation of presentations e.g. Weekly Status, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), etc.
o Leading efforts to deliver products to customers
· Other administrative tasks and assignments as required
Desired Experience:
5+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
Desire to learn other software tools.
Ability to drive tasks to closure.
Recommended Education:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred but not required
