About The Position

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Manage Account Receivable and Collection
  • Bank reconciliations
  • AP payments preparation
  • Fixed Assets management
  • Government reports (VAT, IRS, etc)
  • Trial balance closing and management

Requirements

Recommended Experience/Education:

  • Level 3
  • Min 5 years of experience

 

Recommended Skills/Requirements:

  • System experience with major ERP system (QAD preferred)
  • Experience in multi currencies ERP system
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (an advantage)
  • Experience in a project base company (an advantage)
  • Must have strong proficiency with MS Excel
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
  • Excellent written (Hebrew and English) and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
