Bookkeeper - 60% position
About The Position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Manage Account Receivable and Collection
- Bank reconciliations
- AP payments preparation
- Fixed Assets management
- Government reports (VAT, IRS, etc)
- Trial balance closing and management
Requirements
Recommended Experience/Education:
- Level 3
- Min 5 years of experience
Recommended Skills/Requirements:
- System experience with major ERP system (QAD preferred)
- Experience in multi currencies ERP system
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (an advantage)
- Experience in a project base company (an advantage)
- Must have strong proficiency with MS Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
- Excellent written (Hebrew and English) and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
